Under the scuffs and old varnish there is usually solid timber worth keeping. We sand it back, repair it and seal it with Osmo oils, often for far less than a new floor.

Three generations of Island homeowners and businesses have come back to us, and sent their neighbours.
They measured up, talked us through what would suit the kitchen, and the fitters left the place spotless. The floor still looks new two years on.
We needed the office re-floored without shutting down. They worked around us, kept the dust away from the desks, and had it done on time.
I was ready to rip the old floorboards out. They sanded and sealed them instead and the difference is incredible — it looks like a brand-new floor.
