A worn wooden floor is rarely past saving. Under the scuffs and old varnish there is usually solid timber worth keeping. We sand it back, put the damage right and seal it, often for far less than a replacement, and with character a new floor cannot fake.

Sanding & sealing
We restore floorboards, strip parquet and solid wood in homes and commercial spaces across the Island. The floor is sanded flat through several grits to lift old finish and level the wear, then we deal with gaps, splits and loose boards.
For the finish we use Osmo hardwax oils. They soak into the grain rather than sitting on top, so the floor keeps its natural feel, shrugs off day-to-day knocks and can be patch-repaired later without sanding the whole room again.
