Isle of Man Welcome Centre
The brief
A busy public arrivals hall needed a hard-wearing floor that still felt warm and welcoming to thousands of visitors a week.
What we did
We laid a wood-effect luxury vinyl across the full concourse, working around live footfall to keep the building open throughout.
The result
A seamless, easy-clean floor that lifts the whole space and stands up to constant traffic.

What we did
We set out and laid a wood-plank luxury vinyl floor with clean transitions at every doorway.

A retail walkway had to be re-floored without closing the shops either side of it.
What we did
We phased the work behind barriers, prepping and laying section by section so trade carried on around us.

A refreshed mall walkway delivered with minimal disruption to retailers.

The brief
An old healthcare corridor floor had to be stripped and the base ground back level before anything new could be fitted.
What we did
The team mechanically prepared the subfloor, removing the old covering and grinding the surface flat and clean.
The result
A sound, level base — the unseen groundwork that makes a finished floor last.
